What this role is about:
Shape the future of AI engineering in a fundamentally new way — where you design outcomes, orchestrate intelligent systems, and push the boundaries of what’s possible. In this role, you’ll work at the cutting edge, moving faster than traditional engineering teams by harnessing AI agents, crafting revolutionary solutions, and deploying real business value at lightning speed. You won’t just solve problems; you’ll redefine how AI gets built and scaled. You’ll collaborate with high-impact clients across industries — from corporates and scale-ups to nonprofits and public sector leaders — and help transform ambitious ideas into enterprise-grade reality.
What you'll do:
• Shape fast-paced AI breakthrough projects for leading organizations in Europe
• Orchestrate agent-driven workflows and design outcomes rather than hand-coding every step
• Deploy and integrate transformative AI systems into cloud environments at scale
• Contribute to defining how next-generation AI applications are built and delivered
• Work closely with Tech Leads and leadership to write the playbook for this role’s future
