What this role is about:
The engineers who'll define the next decade aren't writing code anymore: they design the outcome with specs and evals, delegate execution to agents, and move faster than traditional teams ever could. You work at the cutting edge — building revolutionary solutions and deploying real business value at lightning speed — and you don't build from a distance. You sit with the client, understand their world, and turn a messy Monday whiteboard session into a working prototype by Friday. You'll collaborate with high-impact clients across Europe — corporates, Mittelstand, scale-ups, NGOs, and the public sector — and transform ambitious ideas into enterprise-grade reality.

What you'll do:

• Shape fast-paced AI breakthrough projects for leading organizations in Europe — from PoC to production-ready MVP that generates real business value

• Orchestrate agent-driven workflows and design outcomes rather than hand-coding every step

• Build data pipelines, run ML workflows, and deploy web services in cloud environments (preferably Azure) integrated into client systems and robust enough for the real world

• Work embedded in one of our squads: close to the action, with short decision paths and real ownership

• Ship solutions that feel like the client built them with you, not for them

• Work closely with Tech Leads and leadership to write the playbook for this role — internally and externally
