(Senior) AI Project Lead (M/F/D)
What this role is about:
Lead AI breakthrough projects in a fundamentally new way — designing outcomes, driving exponential value, and keeping the right people ahead of the curve. AI is transforming everything, and in this role you make sure that transformation turns into real breakthroughs: you lead fast-paced AI breakthrough projects from inception to complete integration, you're the core point of contact for our clients, and you drive collaboration across functions and organizational borders. You won't just work with corporates — you'll bring AI to the Mittelstand, large international NGOs, scale-ups, unions, and the public sector — and help Europe finally speed up in AI. As a key contributor in a profitable, fast-growing start-up, you'll shape who we are, internally and externally.
What you'll do:
• Be obsessed with achieving an actual AI breakthrough with the client — and delivering exponential value with it
• Lead fast-paced AI breakthrough projects from inception to complete integration, keeping them aligned with the defined goals and scope
• Be the core point of contact for our clients and drive efficient collaboration across functions and organizational borders
• Bring AI not only to corporates but to the Mittelstand, large international NGOs, scale-ups, unions, and the public sector
• Be a key contributor in growing our high-impact start-up and shaping our identity — internally and externally
